The LAICS programme focuses on how to create and lead innovation in complex systems, and centres on innovation and leadership from a 'real-world', practice-based and social skills perspective.
The programme works with the social side of organisations, making it part of the solution rather than part of the problem. Participants will practice the necessary skills it takes to lead themselves and others. They will learn how to work with the social dynamics of organisations and they will learn to navigate in formal as well as informal structures and processes. The programme concentrates on building and leading innovative networks inside and outside organisations, national and international - networks consisting of colleagues, customers, community leaders, trendsetters.
Each LAICS class will form an innovative complex system that provides active reflection, knowledge, experimentation, and support on the issues faced by participants' in their home organisations.
