Being a successful leader today very much depends on your ability to design fluid organisational structures and processes. As a leader you must be able to establish the right conditions for people to catalyse innovation. The way you and your colleagues model the innovation process has a profound influence on the quality and creativity of the innovative output of your organisation.
If you are involved in making innovation happen in your company, and if you wish to get a “taster” of the LAICS Master learning approach, this working conference is for you!
This is an excellent opportunity to gather a group of leaders from your organisation to form new visions around the current innovation challenges and to get inspired by the other participants. You will gain new insights and perspectives of the innovation process in your own company and how this compares with practices in other companies.
The conference will close with a LAICS Master Q & A session where you will have the opportunity to meet some of the LAICS Master alumni as well as LAICS Master faculty - Lotte Darsø (DPU), Hanne Kirstine Adriansen (DPU), Morten Thanning Vendelø (CBS).
