31.08.06 LAICS Extracurricular Study Group To provide a head start for people interested in the Innovation and Leadership topics covered in the LAICS Master Programme we are starting up a study group in the autumn of this year. The study group will focus on fostering innovation agendas in your enterprise and will be running from mid October 2006 to mid January 2007. It will be organised to comply with the study regulations of LAICS and participants will be able to apply for credit towards the LAICS Master. Professor Volker Mahnke will be in charge of the study group and is also faculty on LAICS Module 2. 05.10.2005 NEW STARTING DATE: 13 September 2006 The starting date of the first LAICS class has been moved to 13.09.06. Unfortunately we did not receive the minimum number of enrolments to start a full class this November. A large number of people have expressed an interest in LAICS and we've received applications from Finland, Denmark and Germany. Applicants are very experienced in their field and represent the private as well as public sector. The new application deadline will be in May 2006. To find out about the new module dates click here.
21.09.2005 Margaret WheatleyWorkshop: 7-9 December 2005 On 7-9 December Margaret Wheatley, a LAICS master class faculty member, will be running a workshop in London entitled ´'Changing Intelligently'. In the workshop Margaret will explore the dynamics of change in organisations, apply them to real life issues, and provide experiences that develop your capacity to both see and work intelligently with the complexity of modern organisations - continuously raising questions about the implications of this approach to leadership.
