Lotte is part of the team that developed the LAICS Master.  She currently serves as the LAICS programme director. Lotte is Associate Professor in Innovation at the Department of Learning/School of Education at Aarhus University. Lotte is author of the groundbreaking book "Innovation in the Making" (2001), and "Artful Creation: Learning-Tales of Arts-in-Business" (2004). Prior to joining Learning Lab Denmark at DPU Lotte worked as Innovation Advisor at the Danish Centre for Leadership and as Innovation Coach in Novozymes. She has an Industrial PhD in Innovation from the Copenhagen Business School. She received The Industrial PhD Fellowship Prize 2000 for her achievements within the field of innovation.
